At around 09h00 this morning there was a controlled implosion to bring down a building on the corner of Sydney Road and Rick Turner Road. No injuries were reported during the implosion.
The bottom section of Rick Turner Road and Sydney Road were closed off during this period to ensure the safety of the public.
