You can’t, the breathalyser uses molecules blown out of your mouth to determine a negative or positive reading.
When should you stop drinking if you have to be at work the next morning?
This depends on the person’s body and metabolism, and how fast or slow it is. Our bodies respond differently to alcohol and there is no set time that can be given. If you know you have to be at work the next day, rather refrain from alcohol.
Am I still drunk if I blow positive but I drank the night before?
Yes, you are. Being in the workplace under the influence of alcohol can cause serious harm to yourself, your work environment and colleagues.

The iBlow10 Breathalizers
iBlow10 is a high-speed No-Contact alcohol breathalyser screener for testing drivers at roadblocks & workers entering industrial sites & businesses.
