The R81 road is closed due to sinking that has been caused by heavy rains and floods. Motorists are urged to divert to the R36 road and to also approach with caution as the road is muddy and slippery due to the heavy rainfall.
The Limpopo Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure is on-site to clear obstructions on the road.
The R81 Buffelsberg at Ga-Sekgopo is closed due to surface damages (sinkhole). Please use the Morebeng (Soekmekaar) road as an alternative.
