Premier Sihle Zikalala joined the community of La Mercy for the official Re-Opening of the M4 Umdloti bridge after the flood disasters.
The M4 serves as an alternative route to the N2 and the uMdloti River Bridge is a major economic corridor linking La Mercy, uMhlanga, King Shaka International Airport and Ballito.
