Midlands EMS K9 Rescue Unit and a Midlands EMS Advanced Life Support ambulance were dispatched to the Howick Falls area after receiving reports of a construction worker who had collapsed.
Upon arrival, paramedics found the worker in critical condition, requiring urgent medical intervention. The patient was stabilized on scene before being transported to a specialist hospital for further care.
Authorities were in attendance.
