The Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA) has made major strides in restoring the iconic Joburg City Library, with a strong focus on emergency fire safety compliance. As part of critical upgrades, the JDA installed fire hydrants, hose reels, and fire extinguishers while completing the foundation for new water tanks to reinforce the library’s fire protection systems.
