Following the devastating June tornado in #Tongaat, Gift of the Givers has spearheaded extensive repair efforts at Seatides Combined School. Significant progress has been made in restoring the school’s infrastructure, including roof repairs, window replacements and structural reinforcement.
With a focus on safety and functionality, the team is prioritising the rebuilding of classrooms and common areas. Crucial donor support has made this vital work possible.
The project is on track for completion, and the school will reopen for the 2025 academic year. Additionally, Gift of the Givers has committed to extending its repair efforts to the I.T. Block and Tuckshop/Changeroom.
