Critical upgrades along the Rea Vaya Phase 1C route with night works over the weekend

Construction teams were hard at work advancing critical upgrades along the Rea Vaya Phase 1C route over the weekend. The night works focused on:

• Milling and surfacing of dedicated BRT lanes (northbound)
• Milling of mixed traffic lanes (southbound)
• Traffic accommodation and lane management to maintain mobility through the work zone

These behind-the-scenes efforts are bringing the corridor closer to completion, with upcoming activities including road markings, permanent traffic signage, sidewalk finalisation, and the surfacing of mixed traffic lanes.
