The DRPW is renovating the Dr. Arthur Letele Medical Logistics Centre on Fabricia Road in Kimberley. This facility serves as a warehouse for medical supplies.
To date, the renovation of the Medical Logistics Centre created 30 job opportunities. Labourers received training in risk assessment, working at heights, emergency evacuation, and the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
After renovation, this facility will comply with the building regulations and provide a safe and conducive working environment for employees. The completed facility will allow easy access to people with disabilities.
