The Senqu Bridge was officially opened, marking a historic milestone for Lesotho, South Africa, and Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project.
Stretching 825 metres across the Senqu Valley, this remarkable structure now stands as Lesotho’s longest bridge and the country’s first extradosed bridge – a powerful symbol of progress, partnership, and possibility.
