Early Morning Progress | Katherine Street BRT Roadworks
In the early hours of this morning, at 4 AM, roadworks crews were on-site along Katherine Street to haul milled material to the Roodepoort Asphalt Plant.
This off-peak operation was carefully scheduled to minimise disruption to traffic and maintain safe conditions along one of Sandton’s busiest corridors.
These works form part of the ongoing Rea Vaya Phase 1C rollout, which will bring a reliable, efficient, and eco-friendly transport link connecting the Joburg CBD, Alexandra, and Sandton.
